Anchor Health Initiative is a 501(c)(3) non-profit LGBTQ health clinic offering medical services to everyone in the community, with particular expertise in the area of HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, and transgender medicine. It offers a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment for the LGBTQ+ community. Includes a case management program, free STI screening, and primary care.

The HGLHC empowers individuals of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, and gender expressions to lead healthy lives through the provision of health & support services, education, & advocacy.
Resources include: services for people living with HIV/AIDS; HIV testing; PrEP and nPEP; & the STD clinic.
Apex Community Care
Serving Western CT, Apex provides HIV, Behavioral health, Substance use prevention & harm reduction services to the LGBTQQIA+, their families, and allies. HIV services include support for navigating the diagnosis, as well as prevention efforts - such as PrEP. Apex works to provide care to all patients, regardless of ability to pay.
